PHILLIPSBURG, NJ.- On Tuesday, August 24, 2021 Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer announced the arrest of Jonathon Hornbaker, 35, of Phillipsburg, New Jersey.
On Tuesday, August 17, 2021 Members of The Phillipsburg Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on vehicle operated by Jonathon Hornbaker after observing motor vehicle violations. a subsequent computer check of the vehicle revealed that the vehicle was reported stolen.
During an ensuing investigation and search of the vehicle, Police Officers discovered following narcotics in the vehicle, over one half ounce of suspected Heroin, over one ounce of suspected Methamphetamine, Twenty One Pills of suspected Ecstacy, over a quarter pound of suspected Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia, and $1520 in U.S. Currency.
On Tuesday, August 17, 2021, Mr. Hornbaker was formally Charged with Three Counts of Third Degree Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance; One Count of Third Degree Receiving Stolen Property; and One Count of a Disorderly Persons Offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On Friday, August 20, 2021 Mr. Hornbaker was additionally Charged with One Count of Second Degree Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine; and One Count of Second Degree Possession with Intent to Distribute Heroin.
