FOUR ATLANTIC COUNTY RESIDENTS INDICTED FOR DISTRIBUTION OF CRYSTAL METHAMPHETAMINE

MAYS LANDING, NJ.- On Thursday, August 5, 2021 Acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Cary Shill announced that a Grand Jury sitting in Atlantic County, New Jersey has returned an indictment against four individuals involved in a Narcotics Distribution Ring and the Distribution of Crystal Methamphetamine.
The indictment was returned on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, for the Distribution of Crystal Methamphetamine and the following were charged.
Frank Fattori, 40, of Somers Point, New Jersey is charged with First Degree Distribution of Crystal Methamphetamine; and Third Degree Possession of Crystal Methamphetamine.
Alex Strickland, 35, of Monroeville, New Jersey is charged with First Degree Distribution of Crystal Methamphetamine; and Third Degree Possession of Crystal Methamphetamine.
Melvin Delcid-Carias, 52, of Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey is charged with First Degree Distribution of Crystal Methamphetamine; and Third Degree Possession of Crystal Methamphetamine.
Kristen Schroeder, 47, of Atco, New Jersey is charged with First Degree Distribution of Crystal Methamphetamine; and Third Degree Possession of Crystal Methamphetamine.
Over the course of three months, January, 2021 through March, 2021 Fattori, Strickland, Delcid-Carias, and Schroeder were involved in a Narcotics Distribution Ring in Atlantic County, New Jersey. On multiple occasions the four sold quantities of Crystal Methamphetamine to an undercover Police Detective. Over one pound of Crystal Methamphetamine was seized as a result of the investigation.
