ATLANTIC CITY, NJ.- Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner, announced Tuesday, June 15, 2021, Frankie E. Lane, 59, of Philadelphia, Pa. surrendered last night without incident to Detectives at the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. Lane was wanted for Murder in connection with the stabbing death of his girlfriend.
" I want to thank all of the Law Enforcement Agencies which worked cooperatively to quickly identify and apprehend this suspect. We continue to work diligently in order to obtain more answers as to why this tragedy occurred, so that we can pursue justice for the deceased and her family," Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner said.
" The Rules Of The Court Require Us To Include A Statement, Which States: The Charges Are Merely Accusations And The Defendant And Or Defendants Are Presumed Innocent Unless And Until Proven Guilty Beyond A Reasonable Doubt."
