ATLANTIC CITY, NJ.- On Sunday, June 20, 2021, Atlantic City Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner announced that a Atlantic City man was Fatally Stabbed and a woman remains in critical condition from Stab Wounds sustained in a Saturday Night incident.
On Saturday, June 19, 2021, at approximately 9:17 p.m., Atlantic City Police Department received a 911 emergency call in reference to a female who was stabbed at a residence on South Carolina Avenue in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Upon arrival to the residence, Police Officers discovered a 55-year-old male and a 37-year-old female suffering from stab wounds. The man and woman were immediately transported to Atlanticare Regional Center City Campus. The man was pronounced deceased, and the woman remains hospitalized in critical condition.
The investigation is a cooperative effort between The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office Major Crimes Unit and The Atlantic City Police Department.
