Biden's Spending Gives Little Hope For Some

     " Whether From Mental Illness, Substance Abuse, Unemployment, Or Just Lack Of Education, No-Matter The Cause,  There Is Little Or No Help Available For Over One Million People Living Within Our Nation Today, The Homeless. 

APRIL 30, 2021: COMMENTARY BY: Englebrook Independent News;

     Yesterday while filming for a docuseries to be released in September 2021. We traveled to Philadelphia's Kensington Avenue, known today as Skid Row. Although, while filming throughout numerous cities within the tri-state area, we had come to witness first hand the many causes and struggles that the homeless face everyday. The encounter we experienced yesterday was beyond realm of normal comprehension.

     Upon arriving on Kensington Avenue, the landscape and streets were littered with trash, used syringes along with empty narcotics packaging, there was no place in sight that was clean. The catastrophic carnage was yet to come.

     We entered the park, surrounding the Free Public Library, reaching the top of the steps, we witnessed  hundreds of individuals, injecting narcotics in plain view. Individuals passed out,

others that possible were on the verge of overdosing. The most horrific, were the individuals walking in a catatonic state every where you could see. No matter what you may have seen, in any television or Hollywood production, nothing could prepare 

you for what we experienced yesterday. Although we are ashamed to say, you need to know, that within our society, for what ever reason you may believe, there are the walking dead that live among us. 

     From the inception of Englebrook Independent News. Together with Englebrook Media Group, we made not only a promise to ourselves , but a commitment that

we would report the facts and bring to you the reality that our nation is facing each day.

     Exactly 5.3 miles from Independence Hall. Where our Founding Father's on August 2, 1776 signed The Declaration of Independence, making the United States and the citizens of such free from the rule of another. We can only wonder how our Founders would feel 245 years later if they could see what has transpired in our nation today. We can only imagine their expression of horror they might have exhibited walking on Kesington Avenue on their way to Independence Hall, witnessing what we experienced yesterday.

     No matter if you are Republican, Democrat, or whatever political affiliation you maybe, it's apparent that our elected officials exhibit

any compassion for individuals that are afflicted with various issues causing them to become and remain homeless. 

     Although we only had a short segment to film, we ended up spending six hours on Skid Row. During that time, we talked with individuals that were semi coherent, listening to their heartfelt stories, of how they ended up in their present situation. Though the stories may have varied, one issue that never swayed, was there was no real programs available to them, to escape the internecine circumstances that has become everyday life for them.

     Today, while President Biden has traveled to Philadelphia promoting his new 2.25 trillion dollar infrastructure plan. To expand our nation's present rail systems. Touting, "that our roads and bridges and  rails are not republican nor democrat but are in great need of repair." One thing we know for sure, Biden will not travel along Skid Row, on his way back to Philadelphia's International Airport. Once again turning a blind to what's really happening today.

     Since our elected officials do not seem to care about the well being of so many within our society. Maybe it's time, for all of us to extend a helping hand in order to save their lives, from the daily misery and horror they endure. We have to realize that an individual does not wake up one morning and say " I Want To Be Homeless."

Newark's Night Of Accidents

 NUMEROUS TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS THROUGHOUT NEWARK'S CITY STREETS

     " On A Relatively Calm Sunday, Newark Experienced A Spike In Car Accidents."

     Whether from residents heading out due in part to climbing temperatures, or people being tired of being cooped up from the current Pandemic. No matter what the cause, on Sunday the City experienced an increase in vehicle accidents.

     In less than 14 hours, there were four major traffic accidents on City Streets. Although we were unable to confirm injuries, we did witness some minor injuries while reporting, at two of the accidents.

  

     With Sunday's increase in accidents, we can only hope that this will

Fauci , Friend or Foe

 DOCTOR ANTHONY FAUCI, CAN WE FINALLY TURN THE LIGHT SWITCH BACK NORMAL

     Since the beginning of the pandemic in February 2020, we would come to understand that that not only may we perish from this unknown virus, but our every day way of life may forever be altered. 

      On March 8, 2020 we all became acquainted with a gentleman named Doctor Anthony Fauci, during an interview of him on 60 minutes. When asked, should people wear masks Fauci responded, " there is no reason to be walking around with a mask."

     On March 14th then President Donald Trump formerly introduced Dr. Fauci, as Director of the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases, when he asked him to step up to the microphone, at the daily Covid-19 White House briefing.

     Dr. Fauci would address the american people and explain the possible origin and the effects that SARS-Cov-2 virus, a unknown virus that could potential kill millions of people world wide. Fauci, further went on to explain, almost in a matter-of-fact fashion. Fauci acknowledged to Congress the government system wasn't designed for mass testing of potential infections. " It's failing , let's admit it," he told lawmakers. 

     Although President Trump in his own words to Bob Woodward, journalist for The Washington Post admitted that the virus is very bad, to the public, Trump continued to down play the severity of Covid-19, together with Fauci. From early March through September 2020, Fauci supported Trump's travel restriction ban and stood side by side  not only with Trump but also Vice President Mike Pence, praising both of them for the rapid response of The White House's rapid response to combating the pandemic.

     During an interview with The Washington Post on July 24th, Fauci reflected on his previous comments on masks. Comments that contradicted each other. Fauci saying the " critical issue " back in March was to " save masks for people who really need them." Further adding he and other Health Officials did not " realize " then the   "extent " of asymptomatic spread.

     Fauci's comments to The Washington Post defending his past statements to the public to not wear masks, saving them for people who needed them. Then why did New Jersey's and New York's Governors order health care works in state run long term care facilities to report to work and care for residents with out masks, under the threat of being terminated.

     The absurdity of Fauci's statements during The Trump Administration are as bizarre, as comments made along side President Biden, that Biden's administration had to start from scratch with response to the Covid-19 vaccine role out.

   

Apparently, with Fauci's and President Biden's  comments made this past weekend that we must maintain wearing masks while gathering outside, yet you need not to wear masks while in a bar or restaurant. Today,  Fauci again contradicts himself once again.

     Prior to this past year, Fauci a unrecognizable government bureaucrat for the past 38 years, making only 1 appearance in 2019 has finally found his calling.

     Appearing in over 300 plus interviews this past year along with 4 this past Sunday, proves what we may already have come to know. Fauci along with our current Administration want the show to go on.

     Before writing, we needed to review all of Fauci's past performances. He takes no responsibility for anything he says to the american people. We had all known former President Trump was narcissist, long before he was elected.  Now I think we need to realize that Fauci is also a self-promoting narcissist, using the current pandemic crisis for notoriety. We need to be cautious about what he says to us.

     Fauci should be held accountable for the information given to all of us. He blames Trump for deaths that could of been prevented, and agreeing with the false claims of Biden that they had to start from scratch in the response to combat the virus.

     We know that our elected leaders are not Doctors and sometimes tend to bend the truth from time to time. We look to people like Fauci a renowned virologist, a Doctor, who took a hippocratic oath, one of the oldest binding documents in history. Its principles are held sacred by doctors to this day. To treat the sick and ill, and to tell the truth when it comes to medical issues.

     Doctor Fauci should be ashamed of himself, instead of blaming the Trump Administration for over 200,000 unnecessary deaths. Maybe he should of stopped given contradicting statements, and stood up to Trump in down playing the pandemic. Maybe if Fauci had been honest with us, we might have not experienced 572,600 deaths today.

     Although we all need to be vaccinated, today, Biden and Fauci wonder why people are hesitant in taking the vaccine. Maybe it's because people are starting to doubt our officials.

     We must stop listening to Fauci and take advise from our family physicians, in doing what we feel is right. Fauci is no different than Trump, he has turned a global crisis into a reality television show. "SHAME ON HIM."

NEW JERSEY'S FORMER GOVERNOR EYEING RUN FOR PRESIDENT IN 2024 

     " Friends Close To Christie, Say He's Mulling The Possibility Of Running For President, In 2024."

     Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie may be eyeing a potential run for the White House in 2024, sources close to Christie announced Wednesday April 21st.

     Although Christie hasn't spoken publicly about his future White House ambitions, he did tell radio host Hugh Hewitt he wouldn't rule out running against former President Donald Trump in a primary again, reported by the New York Post.

     Christie, who quickly withdrew from the 2016 primary race, told friends that he would be the only republican in the 2024 primaries with executive experience who has run a presidential campaign before.

     Christie will have a tough fight ahead, in order to win the republican nomination. Fox News reported on Monday that Trump is "very seriously" considering another presidential bid in 2024. But if he decides against that, Christie will face strong  possible republican front runners. Besides Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida, such others include former Vice-President Mike Pence, Senators, Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley, Rick Scott, and Tom Cotton, Governor Kristie Noem of South Dakoda, former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations and South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley.

     Christie was criticized for endorsing and supporting Trump during the 2016 presidential race, but later Christie sharply criticized Trump's election fraud claims as an "absurdity." Further calling Trump's legal team, "A National embarrassment . "

     As Governor, from the start Christie and his administration came under harsh criticism for policies he put in place. Further taking action against New Jersey's teacher's union and calling New Jersey's Police union president a " pension pig ."  

     Many of us forget that before Christie was elected Governor, as  United States Attorney for New Jersey. He built a very impressive resume earning him a reputation for being tough on corruption. Christie prosecuted more than 130 public officials for corruption and various other high profile cases. Including former President Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner's father Charles Kushner.

     Christie's success in putting New Jersey's addiction problem front and center was paramount. Christie, as much perhaps as any single politician in the nation, has helped put a spotlight on the severity of the drug addiction problem as well as the need to treated it like a disease rather than a crime.

     Christie should also be credit with reducing some taxes in New Jersey as well as reining in democrats excesses and holding the line on Public Employee spending contracts.

     No matter how you may view the current state of our nation today. Christie with his no nonsense stance he took with New Jersey's politicians maybe what we need.  With his charisma and refined combativeness, this may allow him to take on President Biden in the 2024  run for The White House.

Our vast and increasing population of individuals suffering from homelessness, continues to grow in every city and in every state within our country. 

     All of us here at Englebrook Independent News & Englebrook Media Group have decided, we will bring to you the devastating reality of the hundreds of thousands of individuals, plagued with no where to turn. 

     Hungry, Lost, Alone with no place to sleep. Unable to seek proper care for Addiction, Mental Health, or just their basic medical needs, these individuals need us to step up and support their integration back into society.

     Although there are many groups and organizations, that bring the basic needs and some support, it is to little and to late for many of the people suffering.

     Starting in September 2021, we will expose in our nine part docuseries, the deleterious suffering and the detrimental effects that homelessness inflicts upon many, within our society.

A JUST VERDICT,  OUR NATION CAN FINALLY BEGIN TO HEAL & UNITE

     Yesterday's conviction of former police officer Derek Chauvin for the senseless  murder of George Floyd on May 25, 2020. A conviction which will hopefully restore faith in our judicial system. A system many of us  view with skepticism. 

     For years it had seemed apparent that our law enforcement officials were able to operate with impunity. Since as far back as the late 1980's, our perception of police officer's conduct has continued to come into question. With the recent spike in morally unjustifiable deaths of individuals by the hands of our police agencies throughout our nation. Agencies that were put in place to protect us, and to be our last line of defense. From the aberrant behavior of some in society. unfortunately today for many of us believe that we have become the hunted, and the police are the hunter. 

     Just as individuals, police are there to protect us from the bad that live within society, we need to understand that there are also bad within the ranks of our nations police departments. 

     The reprehensible behavior exhibited by, at the time officer Derek Chauvin captured in the nine minute-thirty second video. Hand in pocket kneeling on George Floyd's neck, Officer Chauvin's lack of response to repeated pleas by Floyd he was unable to breathe, pleas that went unanswered until Mr. Floyd had succumb to the injuries inflicted by Chauvin. 

     The deliberate actions by Chauvin, an officer sworn to uphold the law's of our nation, was now a murderer.

     The expressions on Chavin's face showed little or no concern for the life of Mr. Floyd. Derek Chauvin did not cross the line, he should of never been a police officer. The fact is he's now a convicted murderer, a criminal.

     Today, we in society need to come to terms with the rise in crime, not only within the policing agencies but in society as a whole. We must realize that for every rouge police officer, there are thousands that take pride in their sworn oath to uphold the laws of our nation and to protect and serve us.

     Each day there are hundreds of people maimed or killed throughout the country, the names and faces we may never come to know. It does not matter the color of your skin, nor your religion, or your beliefs. People are falling prey to the predators living among us.

     Although our justice system did not fail yesterday, we need to realize that the criminal justice system is truly broken. 

     As a society we need to repair not only our policing and justice system, we also need to stop the increase in criminal behavior. Some in Congress feel that we no longer need policing or incarceration. We must stop being pawns to their unrealistic aspirations in trying to make a name for themselves. While each of them enjoy the pleasure of being protected with a security detail, we will be left to fend off what ever may prey upon us. Further, with our current administration's stance with gun control, impinging upon our second amendment right, and remembering what President Biden said last week, " The Constitution is not absolute." We must now realize that together we are on a dangerous path.

     Know matter what may lay ahead for us, we need to address the core reason of crime today. We need to realize the divisional strife that is plaguing each and everyone of us, in society today.

     Ask yourself what causes crime, is the lack of education or the lack of a family structure due to economic restraints, the never ending supply of illicit drugs, or we just do not care.

     I do not believe we do not care, one thing is for sure we all need to  stop being used as pawns by our elected officials. We are not pieces on a chess board for their game in which to promote  their continued failed programs and to continue to divide all of us. Whether Democratic or Republican, together we can put an end to this during our next election if we are United.

     " From The Executive Order Creating A 36 Member Commission To Provide A  180 Day Comprehensive Analysis Of Our Supreme Court. It Now Seems That Biden's Boneheaded Action Would Not Appease The Democratic Regime".

     Since the establishment of The United States Supreme Court on September 24, 1789, it has remained one of the the most cherished institutions in the United States. From The Declaration of Independence, to The United States Constitution, Our nation has always been based on " The Rule of Law ". The Constitution established a three branch Governing system, The Legislative, The Executive, and The Judicial branches of Government. The Judicial Branch has always maintain a balance of neutrality. 

 The Congress has the power to set the numbers of Justices allowed to be seated on The Supreme Court.  Although, Congress has the power, the changes must be approved by The Senate. The members of The Supreme Court has remained at nine since 1869. 

     Since 1869 when a Justice steps down or retires from the bench of The Supreme Court creating a vacancy. The power to fill that vacancy has always been granted to the President who controls the Executive branch of Government. Although he has the power to appoint a Jurist, his appointment must be approved by the Senate. This provides a check and balance with the President's nominee.

     With last weeks Executive Order by President Biden to establish a 36 partisan commission. To analyze the operation and functions of The Supreme Court. Now this week with the push from Congressman Jerry Nadler ( D-New York ) and Senator Ed Markey from Massachusetts, to pass a bill to expand the Supreme Court from nine to 13 Justices. 

    The move intensifies a high-stakes ideological fight over the future of the court. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi ( D-Calif. ) told reports Thursday she has " No plans to bring it to the floor ".

     " I don't know that that's a good idea or a bad idea. I think it's an idea that should be considered," she said of the court expansion plan.   " And I think the President is taking the right approach to have a commission to study such a thing. It's a big step".

     The only other time that a plan to expand  The Supreme Court was proposed was when President Franklin D. Roosevelt proposed it in 1937.  Roosevelt proposed The Judicial Procedures Reform Bill of 1937. Which later was called the " Court-Packing Plan ", was a legislative initiative proposed by President Roosevelt to add more Justices to the Supreme Court. This was put motion in order to obtain favorable rulings regarding his New Deal Legislation, that The Supreme Court ruled unconstitutional. In the end Roosevelt's Legislative initiative ultimately failed.

     When in 1983 Biden, then Senate ranking minority member of the U.S. Senate Committee on The Judiciary,  stated " that any expansion to the Supreme Court, or so-called Court-Packing was a Bonehead Idea ". And further he would not support any legislation to expand the court.

     With President Biden's 2.25 trillion dollar Infrastructure Plan receiving resistance. He is trying to do what every other Democrat in history has done, change the way we have governed for the past 245 years, allowing him to get his way.

     Biden needs to first address the crisis that he has created at our southern border, before his take over of the only institution that is apolitical in our Nation today.

MATT GATEZ, TODAY'S CONGRESSMAN, YOUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK.

     Although Representative Matt Gatez, a Republican of Florida and close ally of former President Donald J. Trump continues to refute allegations made against him. With  the recent announcements by the attorney representing Joel Greenberg. A political ally of Gatez, and a former Florida Tax Collector, who has been indicted on a wide array of charges. Charges including sex trafficking of a child. The announcement that Greenberg will be pleading guilty and part of that plea would require him to cooperate with authorities. It's now apparent that Gatez now has a lot more to worry about.

     Some of the allegations that have surfaced against him during the Greenberg investigation, may explain some of his bizarre behavior, since his arrival in Washington.

     Gatez was elected to the U.S. House in 2016, representing Florida's 1st District. He was reelected with large margins in 2018 and again in 2020. From the start of his tenure in The U.S. House of Representatives, Gatez has exhibited some bizarre behavior. Following the death of Miami Marlin's pitcher Jose Fernandez, Gatez criticized the athletes protesting during the national anthem. After the 2020 State of the Union Address, Gatez filed an ethics complaint against Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi claiming she had committed a " flagrant violation of decorum " she had perhaps broken the law by ripping up her copy of the speech.

     Gatez continued to fuel the baseless claims made by then President Trump that the 2020 election had been stolen. Although with each of the forty claims filed by Trump being thrown out the courts for lack of evidence of election fraud. Gatez a staunch ally of Trump told Fox News, that there was evidence to support election fraud.

     After Liz Cheney ( R-Wyoming) voted to impeach Trump in January 2020. Gatez launched an attack against Cheney. He rallied against her on the steps of the Capital. Stirring up hundreds of Trump supporters. Gatez then traveled to Wyoming to campaign against Cheney. 

     With the announcement that Joel Greenberg will cooperate with prosecutors, along with the retention of two attorneys. One of whom represents the Trump Organization in a criminal probe. It's apparent that Gatez may have been involved with the allegations against him.

     Rumors have surfaced that Gatez had sought a blanket pardon from Trump before he left office, this would lead some to believe, that  Gatez  may had actually played an active roll in what prosecutors are investigating.

     Trump has not said much in Gatez's defense in the past week, other than to deny the story that Gatez sought the blanket pardon from him before the end of his term in January.

     Further, with accusations of drugged fueled parties, paying for sex with under age girls, along with sex trafficking, and the showing of nude pictures to fellow members of Congress on the House floor. These accusations against Gatez might bring to light some of his conduct while representing not only the people Florida, and representing the nation as a whole. 

     If Gatez's claims that the accusations against are unfounded and false. Why then would he have inquired of Trump for a potential blanket pardon. If in fact these allegations are wrong, why would he retain to of New York's top criminal defense attorneys. 

     Looking back on his conduct to disregard of New Jersey's Emergency Health Orders, when he attended The New York's Young Republic Club party. Sneaking into New Jersey to hold the event. When they could not find a venue in New York. The event had taken place without social distancing, and breaking the orders for the  wearing of masks, mandates that were placed in affect by N.J. Governor Murphy. Also partaking in violating the State's Executive Order on capacity limits on banquet venues. His conduct which was posted on social media showed a " flagrant violation of law". 

     Instead of filing an ethics complaint against House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, for potentially breaking the law. Gatez needs to take a long hard look at his own law-breaking conduct. As the investigation into Matt Gatez conduct continues, we are pretty sure that some of the allegations may give way to charges. 

     Our elected officials are not exempt from consequences if they break the law, or violate the ethics of the office they hold. With the increasing division in our country today. We must hold our elected officials more accountable than before.

Governor Murphy's New Jersey Unemployment System

 NEW JERSEY'S DEPARTMENT OF UNEMPLOYMENT, IT MIGHT AS WELL NOT EXIST........ 

     " Murphy Keeps Promising The Department Of Labor's Unemployment System Has Improved, But In Fact Little Has Changed, While People Are In Jeopardy Of Losing Their Homes And Unable To Feed Their Families, Murphy Keeps Giving Unrealistic Expectations ".

 APRIL 12,2021:  Commentary By Englebrook Independent News:

     Since the start of the Pandemic in March 2020. Thousands and thousands of New Jersey residents have been unable to collect unemployment insurance benefits. Monies that they paid into over years of work. Restrictions put in place not only by the Federal level, many other States also imposed stricter restrictions. The impact of these restriction caused millions to lose their jobs.

     In New Jersey, at the height of the pandemic over ~156,000 residents filed first time unemployment claims. Further in December 2020 as we entered into another surge of the pandemic an additional ~17,000 new claims were filed for the week of December 4, 2020. By the end of December there were over 500,000 individuals collecting unemployment benefits in New Jersey.

     Throughout 2020 and now as we are entering the second quarter of 2021, there have been tens of thousands of New Jersey residents that still have not received payment of their benefits. A number that does not reflect the thousands that were unable to access the antiquated online portal. Forget the phone filing system, no one answers the phone.

     Although, there have been certain programs to prevent evictions and foreclosures. Programs instituted by the Trump Administration and now continued with the Biden Administration. Many New Jersey residents have been unable to meet their basic needs, such as food clothing, and other essential needs. These issues are mainly in part to the failure of The New Jersey Unemployment System.

     While Murphy and Unemployment Commissioner Rob Asaro-Angelo keep promising things have improved. The present situation shows little or no improvement.

     While unemployed parents are selling plasma to feed their families, others have experienced hunger for the first time ever. Further, for individuals that were actually able to receive benefits, only to have them revoked or their claim suspended. While they appealed the determination from a claims officer, that really has no idea of the financial state of many. The department finds the need to send a payment request to repay the monies that they received. Their actions are reprehensible in demanding payment when the appeal has not even been adjudicated.

     While investigating, we went to a local unemployment office only to be denied entrance, even though there were employees in the building. The security person that we were greeted by was more helpful to the crying mothers with children at the door, than the actual employees that worked there. He gave out a paper with phone numbers listed on it to call. He further explained how to best access the system. When we tried calling at different times during the day and at night, all we got was a recording to try calling again. This is how they fixed the system. You now get a recording, instead of the phone just ringing indefinitely !

     It is apparent Governor Murphy, Rob Asro-Angelo and other members of the administration, show little regard for the present economic hardships that many families are experiencing in New Jersey. Residents in New Jersey need to remember this during the next election.........

Hunter Biden's Continued Deception

 LIKE FATHER, LIKE SON HUNTER BIDEN'S CONTINUED LIES. 

" The Computer Is Not Mine, Facts Show That Hunter Biden Violated Federal Law By Lying On His 4473 Background Check Form ".

     The facts are undisputed, Hunter Biden lied on his ATF 4473 Background Check Form, in order to purchase a handgun. On October 12, 2018 when he swore under penalty of a $ 250,000.00 fine , and 10 years of imprisonment that he was not a drug user. Shortly after purchasing the gun, 11 days to be exact. Biden's then girlfriend Hallie, ( the wife of his deceased brother ) disposed of the gun in a garbage can outside a grocery store. Just when you think it couldn't become more convoluted.

The Daily Wire Reported:

     Hallie Biden told Hunter Biden what she did, at which point he told her to retrieve the firearm. When she returned to the grocery store to get the firearm out of the trash, it was missing. The Delaware State Police and the FBI responded to the scene to investigate and question Hunter Biden. A copy of the police report stated that Hunter Biden became very agitated when he was asked if the firearm had been used to commit a crime.

     When Hunter Biden was asked if he was doing drugs or drinking, Hunter Biden responded by saying that Hallie Biden was concerned that he was mentally unstable, saying that she was concerned that he was commit suicide.

     The police report further stated that " an older man who regularly rummages through the grocery store's trash to collect recyclable items" found the firearm and returned days later, although it does not state who it was returned to.

     While Delaware State Police were investigating the incident outside the grocery store. During questioning by police of both Hunter and Hallie about what had taken place. Apparently two agents from The United States Secret Service arrived at the store where Hunter Biden purchased the gun. After presenting their credentials to store owner Ron Palmieri, the agents then requested  that Mr. Palmieri turn over the Firearm Transaction Record that was used in the purchase of the gun.

     When Mr. Palmieri refused, the agents left without further inquire. Mr. Palmieri later turned over the records to officials from the department of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms. As reported by Politico, when asked Mr. Palmieri refused to comment with this matter.

     Many would question why the Secret Service would intervene in a matter like this. The alleged incident occurred in October, 2018. During that time Biden no longer was afforded Secret Service Protection. Biden would not again qualify for Secret Service protection until he became the Democratic nominee for President in the 2020 Election.

     We received no response from the Delaware Field Office of The Secret Service. Further we could no find any record of the visit by Secret Service Agents to the store in which Hunter Biden purchased the .38 caliber handgun. 

     The primary jurisdictional functions of The Secret Service, are to investigate threats to Secret Service protectees as well as financial crimes, which include counterfeiting of U.S. currency or other U.S. Government obligations. Forgery or theft of U.S. Treasury checks, bonds, or other securities. Credit card fraud along with communications fraud.

     Then why would the Secret Service respond and attempt to intervene, in a matter where they have no jurisdictional authority.

     Englebrook has filed a request with The Delaware State Police, a formal request under The Freedom Of Information Act ( FOIA ). For a copy of police reports or information pertaining to the original incident, on October 12, 2018. If approved it will take up to 15 days to receive such documents. We do not feel that our request will be approved. We will keep you updated.

     Looking at what we have learned. In order to purchase a handgun you must, along with the individual or store that sells the firearm fill out the following. United States Department of Justice Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, & Explosives.  A Firearms Transaction Record, Part 1- over-the-counter application. Or a standard Firearms Transaction Record.

     On the top of both forms there is a warning in bold print. Warning: The information you provide will be used to determine whether you are prohibited by Federal and State Law from receiving a firearm. Certain violations of the Gun Control Act, 18 U.S.C. 921 et. seq., are punishable of up to 10 years of imprisonment and/ or up to a $ 250,000.00 fine.

     On the Over-The-Counter form in Question 11. e, you must answer, Are you an unlawful user, or addicted to, marijuana, any depressant, stimulant, or narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance ?

     On the other 4473 Form in Question 21. e, you must answer, Are you an unlawful user, or addicted to, marijuana, any depressant, stimulant, or narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance ? Warning: The use or possession of marijuana remains unlawful under Federal Law, regardless of whether it has been legalized or decriminalized for medical or recreational use in the state where you reside.

     Then you must certify that you answered all questions truthfully, any false statements contained herein will be punishable by law.

     By Hunter Biden's own admissions, during interviews, pictures contained in the computer, and in his book, he was actively using crack cocaine, and who knows what else he may have been using, when he purchased the firearm.

     Although we have not been able to obtain an actual copy of the forms. We were able to confirm from sources that he answered no to those questions. First, if he had answered yes on those questions, he would have been denied for the purchase. Second, by his later admissions that he was actively using crack cocaine, then he lied on both those questions. Making him guilty of a Federal Crime.

     To date Hunter Biden has not been charged with any offense, regarding this matter. Everyday people throughout the U.S. are charged with offenses far less severe. Offenses such as not answering truthfully on a Driver's License application, or failing to report small amounts of  income on their tax returns.

     From President Carter, To President Clinton, To The Trump Administration, and now President Biden. It's apparent that family members are exempt from prosecution for offences they commit.

     With the recent changes by Executive Actions with gun control, by President Biden.  The Department of Justice should further investigate the incident with Hunter Biden and possible bring charges against him. During his campaign and after winning the election. President Biden pledged transparency in his Governing. Where is the transparency with this issue, just another broken promise or lie, you decide.

Cuomo's Lack Of Concern.

CUOMO TURNS HIS BACK ON NEW YORK'S SMALL BUSINESS.

     " Nursing Home Deaths, Allegations Of Inappropriate Sexual Behavior, & Now With Cuomo's Plan To Give Undocumented Workers A One-Time Cash Payment, Rather Than Supporting Small Businesses ".

     With the announcement on Thursday from New York's Governor Andrew Cuomo. That he plans to give a one time cash relief payment of $ 15,600.00 to undocumented workers. Which will cost New York's tax payers 2.1 billion dollars. Along with this, Cuomo has placed another 1 billion dollars for small business relief. His answer how to pay for this is, " By Raising Taxes ".

     For over a year Cuomo's restrictions placed upon small businesses, due to the Pandemic. Restrictions that caused thousands of small businesses to permanently close. Although Federal and State Government, initiated various relief programs. These programs supplied financial aid, but not enough to sustain their operational costs. 

     During the Pandemic we traveled throughout New York City and New Jersey. To investigate the financial ramification placed on small businesses due to covid restrictions. We found even with the financial aid given to many businesses, they continued to close at a rate never seen before. For example in the food service industries, restaurants and bars were given aid such as the paycheck protection plan and some other monies allowing them to cover some of their expenses.

      Thousands of these establishments were forced to set up out- door dinning alternatives, with costs that sometimes exceeded tens of thousands of dollars. Many of these owners borrowed money against their homes to pay the costs of these alternative solutions. Only to have capacity restrictions placed again upon them. This along with local building and health code regulations. Made them unable to cover their loan obligations, forcing them to close.

     With Cuomo's Thursday's announcement we decided to take another look at the ramifications to small businesses due to the pandemic. Are last investigation was during the month of December of 2020. So, again we set out and traveled to locations in the same cities and towns in New York and New Jersey. We discovered that since our last investigative journey. There has been a 13 percent increase in business closures throughout the two states. 

     Cuomo's proposed tax increases to pay for this plan, will inevitably lead to hundreds maybe even thousands of business closures throughout New York.

     There can be one reason why Cuomo would give 2.1 billion to undocumented workers. With only 1 billion in aid to small businesses, it's  become apparent that Governor Cuomo has turned his back on New York's small business community. So that along with other democratic blue states, Cuomo, President Biden and Congresses H.R.1 Bill, ensures the Democratic hold and inevitably takeover of government.

MURPHY ACCUSED OF INFLATING RECENT DAILY COVID NUMBERS

" It Now Seems New Jersey's Governor Has Taken A Play From Governor Cuomo's Playbook".

     Today, as we see the daily covid-19 numbers beginning to decline throughout the nation. Numbers that may allow us to return to some sense of normality. Apparently in New Jersey the decline is not satisfactory for the political agenda of Governor Murphy.

     Some say Murphy is inflating the numbers, so that he can maintain his authoritarian rule over the state. Further, for some of us we can only  wonder,  if his past exposures to the virus were factual. With accusations of him placing covid positive individuals into nursing homes, and with the recent false reporting of daily numbers. New Jersey residents should now question the validity of numbers reported over the past year.

     Over the past fourteen months the pandemic has placed restrictions upon the way we live. The loss of life has been catastrophic. In New Jersey we need question if some of the deaths could of been prevented.

      Early today Governor Phil Murphy was called out again on inflating covid-19 infection statistics. Data that could be days, weeks or even months old. Governor Murphy seemed to stumble with answers, when he was asked to explain. For many of us, we can only speculate on the motives for reporting numbers listing the infection rate higher than what they actually are. Insuring to continue the health emergency, holding all of us hostage.

     The reasons for Murphy's conduct with his reporting's is reprehensible, it's beyond the normal thought process. Murphy must be taking a play out of New York's Cuomo's playbook.

     Nonetheless, call it what you will, the facts are New Jersey's residents are continued to be deceived.
